Many
New Zealand businesses cannot afford the luxury of a dedicated,
or even an experienced Human Resource (HR) person.
Unfortunately this lack of expertise is costing them staff,
customers, and money. CREATIONWORKS has
organised a program for you to help your business develop
the HR expertise you require for a minimal investment. The
program is made up of eight half day modules that will be
presented over a series of weeks to enable you to apply
what you learn as you go. Our aim is to provide an environment
that has a mix of structured learning and mentoring, so
we encourage participants to bring along their own business
examples to work through and get support with.
