CREATIONWORKS
is a company designed to help individuals and organisations
to change and grow. Suzie identified, whilst working with a
variety of organisations, that many of them were struggling
to do this. These struggles were common, recurring and avoidable.
Suzie launched her own business to help other businesses, big
and small, volunteer organisations, churches and individuals
to avoid the problems common to those trying to change and grow.

DIRECTOR
Suzie is a Change Management Consultant who blends her understanding
of people’s behaviour with her expertise in project and
change management to provide practical advice and strategies
that produce results.
Suzie has a Masters
in Industrial and Organisational Psychology - the psychology
of people at work. This, along with seven years consulting in
the area, enables Suzie to provide answers to some of the tough
questions employers face - What motivates people? How do I get
people to work harder? How should I train my people? How should
I structure my organisation? How do I predict performance and
make good hiring and promotion decisions? How do I create the
type of culture I am looking for? How do I introduce change
without upsetting people?
Suzie has honed her
skills in this area by working:
on
large government-based projects in New Zealand and in Australia
as a Change Management Consultant for Accenture
(formerly Andersen Consulting)
in
the financial sector in the UK
as
a consultant in New Zealand for small, medium and large businesses
from a variety of sectors, including volunteer based organisations.
Suzie’s primary
focus is on helping clients to build on what is working well
and to change what is not. Change navigation and management
is an area that Suzie excels in. Her expertise in the field
is evident through the successful changes she has managed. She
also presented on the topic at both the Human Resource Institute
of New Zealand (HRINZ) Conference and the Organisational Development
(OD) Network Conference in 2004.
